By choosing our PGE program, you’re sure to receive the guidance you need to make the right choices and reveal your leadership potential. Thanks to our EMpowerment philosophy, inspired by the entrepreneurial world, you can design and experiment with your career plan in order to boost your profile and future employability. Built on an excellent academic curriculum, the program is punctuated by a host of professional and international opportunities, including international stays, in-company experience, student association projects, entrepreneurial ventures, etc.

Strengths of the Program

Tailor your program year by year to your objectives and interests

Choose from a range of diverse and dynamic fields: finance, marketing, sales management, supply chain/purchasing, human resources, e-marketing, customer journey digitalization, management control, entrepreneurship, etc.
In your final year, choose from 3 specializations entirely in English, 7 specializations with the option of co-op, and 13 dual degree specializations

If you choose to go abroad in your final year, you'll earn an international dual degree, irrespective of the destination you choose
Earn a dual master’s degree with the Faculty of Sports Science or the Institute of Political Studies, otherwise known as Sciences Po
- As of 2025/2026, you'll be able to complete your fourth year at Sciences Po Strasbourg

General Questions

You can enter our PGE program at three different stages (immediately following high school or after two or three years of higher education). Regardless of when you join us, our aim is to help you get to know yourself better so that you can find a career that's right for you and become a responsible leader with a positive impact on organizations.

PGE students must have a second foreign language (in addition to English).

In the bachelor's portion of the program, a third foreign language is available, including enhanced German.

In the master’s portion of the PGE program, you can take advantage of different tools for independent language learning set up by EM Strasbourg and the University of Strasbourg.

Spending a year abroad is not compulsory.
Students who choose to study abroad may spend up to two years abroad, depending on when they enter the PGE program.
On account of program design, students who choose to complete the entire program on-site will nevertheless have the opportunity to develop their intercultural skills.
