The Entrance Exam
The bachelor's international entrance exam allows international students to join the Bachelor of International Business at EM Strasbourg.

Entry Requirements
The entrance exam is open to applicants under the age of 26 who either hold or will hold by the end of the current academic year a non-French high school diploma or equivalent.
Direct admission into the second or third year of the program is possible for students having already completed a year or two of undergraduate study in the field of business / management.
For entry into the first year of the program:
- Application (piece of ID, résumé, letter of motivation, transcripts)
- Interview in English or French depending on the chosen study track
- B2 level in French (DELF, DALF, TCF) for the Progressive English track
- B2 level in English (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, or in-house test) for the Full English track
For entry into the second year of the program:
- Application (piece of ID, résumé, letter of motivation, transcripts)
- Interview in English or French depending on the chosen study track
- B2 level in French (DELF, DALF, TCF) for the Progressive English track
- B2 level in English (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, or in-house test) for both study tracks

- Interview in English

- Logical reasoning test in English or TAGE MAGE / GMAT score

The application period will be open from November 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026 for the September 2026 intake.
Admission Procedure
- Register for the international admissions entrance exam (as of November 1, 2025)
- Attend an interview
- Take tests for entry into the first, second, or third year of the program
Important Dates
- Application period:
Applicants can apply from November 1, 2025 until August 31, 2026. However, from July 1st onwards, the School reserves the right to refuse applicants whose information in our possession allows us to anticipate a visa refusal or an inability to meet all the conditions to begin their studies in September 2026. - Application review:
Every month via the online platform
- Written tests:
English test (for entry into the second-year Full English track or the third year of the Bachelor). You may provide a TOEIC, TOEFL, or IELTS score as a substitute for the English test.
Logical reasoning test (for admission to the third year of the Bachelor). You may provide a TAGE MAGE or GMAT score as a substitute for the logic test.

Available within a maximum of 15 days after the completion of all written and oral tests.
Our International Relations Office will contact you in March / April to begin the admission process and the visa application.
