Mission

Prepare the Strasbourg delegation for the Ecricome Challenge. This means working on a theme throughout the year by designing and creating structures, tifos, and chants for our school. To get ready for this event, the Team Challenge organizes match support sessions to cheer on our athletes all year long.

 

Presentation

The Team Challenge represents the Strasbourg delegation at the Ecricome Challenge and works all year around a chosen theme by designing flags, tifos, structures, costumes, and face paints. It also brings life to the school during events on campus or outside during sports match support sessions.

 

Organized Events

 

  • Ecricome Challenge: The Ecricome Challenge takes place during the Easter weekend. It’s the third largest student sports event in France, gathering over 2000 students each year. EM students and the Team Challenge come to support their sports teams with chants, flags, and creative constructions.
  • Campus Cup: The Campus Cup is an inter-school sports competition. Over one weekend, Strasbourg’s university teams compete in sports such as handball, futsal, cheerleading, and more.
  • Fervor Aperitifs: The “Apéros ferveur” are convivial moments between students, taking place at the EMbassy, where everyone gathers around drinks and Strasbourg delegation chants.
  • Afterwork: TC Afterworks bring students together in a friendly setting to sing along with the fanfare.
