Overview
In a globalized and competitive context, the management accounting and control function is increasingly solicited and must keep up with the times. In their constant search for performance, companies require management accountants to be experts in figures, masters of information systems, and good communicators. The Management Accounting and Control specialization offers technical courses allowing students to master the tools needed to understand IS and the various processes related to management control.
Objectives of the Specialization

Analyze needs and design/harmonize control systems adapted to a company.

Master tools and control information systems (ERP, budgets, cost calculations, dashboards, etc.).

Measure, control, forecast, and report on a company's operational results.

Master corporate control mechanisms in English and use them in international companies.

Communicate, visually and verbally, control analyses to all levels of a company (highlight operational results and advise decision-makers).
