The 15th edition of the International Conference on Business Excellence on the theme of “Digital Economy and New Value Creation” will take place on March 18–19 via videoconference.
For this event, Sébastien Point, Director of HuManiS Research Center, is organizing a mini-track entitled “Rethinking Leadership in Challenging Times,” in collaboration with Alina Mihaela Dima (Bucharest University of Economic Studies).
Speakers will be invited to present papers on the theme of leadership: innovative strategies, characteristics, motivational factors, or any other related topic.
