PGE Master’s Program

Programme Grande École (PGE), the flagship master’s program at EM Strasbourg, combines professional and personal development, academic excellence, and international immersion.

Admission and Funding

Important Dates

  1. Registration :

    November 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022.

  2. Written exam :

    Exam sessions are organized every month via the online platform and in your country of residence. 

  3. Oral interview :

    Interview sessions are organized every month from November to May, in your country of residence or via Skype. 

  4. Admission results :

    A selection board meets monthly.

    Our International Relations office will contact you in March/April 2022 to start your admission procedure and visa application.

Admission Procedure

  • Prepare the following supporting documents:

    • Identity document 
    • Résumé and cover letter 
    • Transcripts from last degree 
    • Diploma or proof of graduation before October 30 of the year in which you will be entering the program
  • Register on EM Strasbourg’s international entrance examination platform

    Go to registration.

  • Pass the three tests making up the International Admission examination

    • Logic and reasoning test: Online on the platform or provide us with a GMAT or TAGE MAGE test result (these are aptitude tests for business-related programs)
    • English test: Online on the platform or provide us with a test result with a score, equivalent to B2, from one of the following: IELTS (> 6), TOEIC, or TOEFL (not eliminatory, based on student record review)
    • 25-minute motivational interview: In your country of residence or via Skype

Entry Requirements

  • Candidates must have or be in the last year of a French bachelor’s degree or non-French equivalent*.
  • Candidates must have or be in the last year of a French bachelor’s degree and not hold French nationality.

 

*If qualifications required for enrollment have not been obtained, candidates will not be able to enter the School and will be reimbursed their whole deposit (excluding international bank transfer fees). 

 

 

International Admissions Entrance Examination

  • Registration fees: 50 euros

    Duration and breakdown

    45 questions in 1 hour and 15 minutes (reading comprehension, logic, math, general knowledge) 

     

    40 questions in 45 minutes (grammar and comprehension questions)

    20 minutes (questions and answers in English)
    Weighting 30% 30% 40%
    Grading criteria +4 for a correct answer
    -1 for an incorrect answer (grading from -45 to +180)
    0 points for no answer
    +1 for a correct answer
    -1 for an incorrect answer (grading from -40 to +40)
    0 points for no answer

    5 evaluation criteria
     
    Grade out of 20

     

     

Level of English Required

  • For the English track, the tests and interview are conducted in English.
  • You must be able to demonstrate a minimum level of B2 in English.

Tuition

€10,500/year

Tuition for the PGE is €10,500 per year (subject to approval by the University of Strasbourg Board of Trustees). The sum is guaranteed for the duration of your studies. Excluding university registration fees (about €250) and the CVEC contribution (about €95).
