Scholarships and Financial Aid

The AMI grant provides financial support to CROUS scholarship recipients studying abroad. This is a fixed-rate scholarship, with the amount varying according to the type and duration of the mobility program. Only full months and the time physically spent in the host country are taken into account when calculating the AMI scholarship. Awards are subject to available funding and are not automatic. Payment is made after the mobility period begins, with a 70% advance payment followed by the remaining balance at the end of the mobility period.

The Erasmus+ scholarship helps fund your study period at a European partner university. It contributes to your living expenses abroad, and the amount varies depending on the destination country and the length of your stay—generally between €300 and €700 per month. Additional funding may be available for students receiving need-based aid, students with disabilities, or students living in priority areas.

The UNISTRA program supports optional study-abroad opportunities outside Europe for students from the second year of undergraduate study through the second year of graduate study. The fixed scholarship amount is €550 for one semester or €1,100 for a full academic year. It may be awarded only once during a student’s degree program. The study-abroad period must count toward the student’s degree and last at least two months for a semester or seven months for a full academic year.

If you complete an internship in Europe, Erasmus+ provides monthly financial support to help cover living expenses and enhance your professional experience. This scholarship may be combined with the AMI Internship Scholarship and other regional or university-based funding.

The UNISTRA Internship Scholarship supports optional internships outside Europe lasting two to six months. The fixed grant amount is €550 per internship, paid after the mobility period begins and awarded only once during the student’s degree program. The internship must count toward the student’s degree and comply with University of Strasbourg regulations.

As a French student enrolled in the Grande École Program, your tuition fees are adjusted according to your CROUS scholarship level. Annual tuition fees range from €3,500 to €10,500 at the full rate, making the program accessible to as many students as possible.

The Distinctive Scholarship is intended for students in the Programme Grande École and the Bachelor of International Business who demonstrate academic excellence and face financial difficulties. To apply, students must submit an application at the beginning of the second semester of the academic year.

Following a review by a committee comprising the Program Directors and the Student Support Office, eight recipients (two in the Bachelor of International Business, two in PGE3, two in PGE4, and two in PGE5) will be selected and awarded a €2,500 scholarship.

This program is intended for applicants facing significant health-related or socioeconomic challenges. Subject to eligibility requirements, admitted students may receive a full exemption from tuition fees for the duration of their studies. The program also enables students to enter EM Strasbourg’s Programme Grande École directly after completing the three-year Bachelor of International Business.

To be eligible, applicants must first complete an application file, which will be reviewed by the school. They must then take the ECRICOME Bachelor entrance exam and attend a dedicated motivation interview for the “Opportunities and Talent” program.

The Jacques Lambert Foundation supports students admitted to the first year of the Programme Grande École who are facing financial difficulties. The scholarships help motivated and deserving students access a business school by covering all or part of their tuition fees. Awards are based on academic excellence and financial circumstances.

Candidates admitted through the Sésame entrance exam who obtained “Très bien” honors in the French Baccalaureate are entitled to a 30% reduction on first-year tuition fees for the Programme Grande École.
