Overview

Quality supply chain management contributes to the performance of an organization by providing the knowledge and mastery of tools that improve operational decisions. The Supply Chain Management specialization prepares students for a role in supply chain management, both in its strategic and prospective dimensions and in its managerial and operational dimensions. 

Objectives of the Specialization

  • Develop a critical sense of the challenges of supply chain management.
  • Identify the opportunities, trade-offs, and constraints of using supply chain management tools.
  • Link supply chain theories and practices through case studies, company visits, conferences, and practitioner testimonials.
  • Master the techniques of analysis, evaluation, and logistics audits.
  • Propose concrete and overarching supply chain solutions.
