The latest seminar of the Wine and Tourism Chair was held on June 13, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in hybrid format and brought together a dozen professionals and researchers.

Topic: Maintaining balance within the champagne industry through land management and the possibilities for governing actors - Margot Jonckheere, Project Coordinator for Gastronomy, Wine Tourism and Beer Tourism at Alsace Destination Tourisme (ADT), was also on hand to share ADT initiatives on some of these topics.
The seminar also provided an opportunity to take stock of current and future projects:
