The Customer Experience Chair Steering Committee at EM Strasbourg and the Unistra Foundation was held on January 24 at our partner SIG Strasbourg together with our partners Hager Group and Schmidt Groupe.
It was a reflection on the digitization of the customer journey with the unveiling of the new SIG Strasbourg app which transforms the spectator experience.
