The first day dedicated to research and practices organized by EM Strasbourg’s RESPONS Cluster took place on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
The day was devoted to discussing the links between academic research and practical experience in the field, focusing on a major challenge for social and medico-social organizations:
- What responsible management practices should decision-makers in the social sector adopt?
Two presentations structured the discussions:
- Socio-economic models of social centers, relations with local authorities, and financial sustainability, presented by Vivien Lefebvre
- Social and managerial innovation in the hospital environment: What are the benefits of mindfulness for well-being and social performance?, presented by Lovanirina Ramboarison-Lalao
