EM Strasbourg’s Commitment
EM Strasbourg’s DNA rests on three pillars: sustainable development, ethics, and diversity. Our objective is to integrate these values into all our programs of study in order to train competent, responsible, and agile managers, capable of developing a performance-driven management style.
1 • Educate
CforCSR©: The Platform for CSR Training and Certification
Created in 2013, CforCSR© is a unique training and certification tool in France and worldwide. Featuring a genuine e-learning experience, the platform has been developed for university students. The goal? To train you in the field of corporate social responsibility and to certify your knowledge so that it is recognized in the professional environment.
Cap Career: It Pays to Know Exactly Who You Are
Cap Career is the professional and personal guidance service for our students. A dedicated team helps you to find the path that corresponds to your personality and to blossom in your professional environment. Coaching sessions, sports seminars, cooking challenges, and theater workshops enable our students to get to know each other better and to learn to work as a team while revealing their qualities.
2 • Put into Practice
Concrete Case Studies to Solve during Your Studies
Over the course of one semester, first-year students in Programme Grande École work on a transdisciplinary case study mixing marketing, strategy, and accounting. In 2020, students set out to manage a fictitious company with the aim of responding to a very real problem: feeding the world.
"Within six months, we contributed to a concrete case study, created links between disciplines, and applied our knowledge in an innovative and growing field of activity."
Laure Braesch, second-year PGE student
3 • Debate
Numerous conferences take place throughout the year at EM Strasbourg. The theme of sustainable development is regularly discussed. We are committed to inviting experts in this field who can share their experience and raise awareness among our students.
Three Values Night is one of the highlights of the year at EM Strasbourg. Our students come together for an evening at the School to participate in challenges and workshops related to sustainable development, ethics, and diversity. It is a highly appreciated event combining awareness of important issues with a bit a fun and creativity which allows everyone to express themselves.
4 • Innovate
Sustainable Development & CSR Corporate Chair
