Choosing a business school also means thinking about how you will finance your studies. Along with program content, co-op opportunities, international experience, and career prospects, cost is an integral part of the decision. EM Strasbourg stands out for its tuition fees, which are significantly lower than those of many French business schools.

How Much Is Tuition at EM Strasbourg?

The Bachelor of International Business has a fixed annual tuition fee of €8,500. Tuition for Programme Grande École, meanwhile, is adjusted according to CROUS scholarship levels and ranges from €3,500 to €10,500 per year. In all programs, students also pay university registration fees—€178 for undergraduate studies or €255 for graduate studies as of fall 2026—plus the Student and Campus Life Contribution (CVEC), which is €105. For our public master’s programs, students pay only university registration fees and the CVEC; there are no additional tuition fees.

These rates are lower than those of other business schools in the sector with comparable accreditations (Source: Mister Prépa).

A Program of Excellence Recognized Internationally

Tuition fees should not be considered in isolation. They should be viewed in light of the quality of the education, the recognition of the degrees, and the career opportunities they offer.

EM Strasbourg is among the top 2% of business schools worldwide to hold the "triple crown" of AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA accreditations. The Bachelor and Programme Grande École are also officially recognized undergraduate and master’s degrees by the French government. A concrete result of this academic rigor: 94% of EM Strasbourg graduates are employed within three months of graduation, according to the Financial Times (2026).

A Unique Status That Gives Students Access to Support from EM Strasbourg and the University of Strasbourg

As students at the University of Strasbourg, EM Strasbourg students may also qualify for support programs offered by the University. These programs may help students facing financial hardship or support certain academic or professional mobility projects.

In addition to these programs, EM Strasbourg directly offers inclusive excellence and merit-based scholarships to support students throughout their studies. These include adjusted tuition fees, the Distinctive Scholarship, and the “Ouverture et talents” admissions pathway.

The challenge, then, is not to find a single funding solution, but to combine different forms of support based on each student’s circumstances and plans.

Who Can Help You Identify Available Funding?

Given the range of circumstances and funding options, EM Strasbourg’s Student Support Office helps students navigate the application process and directs them to support that fits their situation, whether it is offered by the School or the University of Strasbourg.

“Getting in touch with the Student Support Office before my mobility program was a good decision. They told me about a regional grant I had no idea existed. It gave me a welcome financial boost while I was there,” says one student who received support.

As a close-knit school, EM Strasbourg makes personalized support one of the pillars of the student experience.

Why Should You Factor the Cost of Your Studies into Your Choice of Business School?

Financing your studies is an integral part of choosing a program. EM Strasbourg offers a distinctive option among French business schools: accessible tuition fees, adjusted Programme Grande École tuition for CROUS scholarship recipients, minimal fees for public master’s programs, and the possibility of qualifying for University funding in addition to support offered by the School.

All of this contributes directly to the School’s strong return on investment. In September 2026, EM Strasbourg’s Programme Grande École ranked among the top 10 in France for return on investment among Master in Management programs, according to the Financial Times ranking.
