The fourth edition of Brand Relationship in a Connected World Day took place at EMSBS on December 9, 2022.
Pr. Françoise Simon (CREGO) organized this event with the support of the French Marketing Association (AFM), the interuniversity research group Center for Customer Management (C*CM), and in partnership the corporate chair “Customer Experience” of EMSBS, animée par le Pr. Claire Roederer (Humanis).
This symposium is one of the scientific activities proposed by the Customer Experience Thematic Interest Group (GIT-XP) supported by the AFM.
The day was an opportunity to hear fascinating talks by several researchers on the relationship between mobile applications and consumer well-being, on transgressions and transference linked to store brands, on buying cycles and metaverse consumer experience, and on experimental protocols around experience. Pr. Géraldine Michel, head of the corporate chair “Brands & Values” at IAE Paris, was also invited to give a conference entitled “When Brands Contribute to Social Progress.”
