Recherches sur l’Applicabilité, la Généricité et l’Acceptabilité des Approches de l'Intelligence Artificielle dans les Processus de Management” on March 24, 2023, at EMSBS.

The examination board was composed of the following individuals:

  • Prof. Gilles Paché, Aix Marseille Université
  • Prof. Ahmed Nait Sidi Moh, Université Jean Monnet – Saint-Etienne
  • Prof. Hoai-An Le-Thi, Université de Lorraine
  • Prof. Jean-Philippe Bootz, Université de Strasbourg
  • Prof. Jessie Pallud, Université de Strasbourg (research adviser)

Here is what she had to say:

“Four years ago, I made the bold decision to leave a career of more than 10 years in senior corporate project management to enter the academic world at EMSBS. Thanks to your support, I was able to successfully meet this challenge and conduct complex and innovative research on cutting-edge topics of artificial intelligence and its implementation in organizations.

I am extremely grateful to my family who supported me tirelessly despite the difficulties I encountered while writing my HDR dissertation due to my health condition. I would also like to warmly thank my colleague Jessie for her support and generosity and the examiners, especially Jean-Philippe for his touching praise and Prof. Paché for his memorable words.

I am also grateful to my colleagues David and Marc for their unconditional support, as well as to my colleagues who were present during the defense, in particular Dimitry, Lova, Ksenija, Sylvie, and Gilles. Thanks also to Geoffrey Bertrand Le Chatton for his excellent organizational work. The many emails of encouragement and support that I received from colleagues also touched me deeply.

Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to the EMSBS management team and all those who welcomed me and allowed me to blossom during these years. Thanks to Prof. Sébastien Point for his unfailing support and to Prof. Marie Pfiffelmann who always listened to me and supported me.

This HDR is only a stepping stone in my career, which continues to be marked by successes, failures, challenges, and daily struggles. Again, thank you so much to everyone who made this experience possible and helped me reach this important milestone in my life.”
