Overview

Tourist activity deals with new modes of promotion and communication such as digitalization, the emergence of the collaborative economy, and environmental issues. This requires more and more highly qualified people not only in core business activities but also in overall customer management. The Tourism Management specialization offers you courses in management, marketing, law, and communications to help you succeed in this evolving sector. 

Objectives of the Specialization

  • Identify tourism consumption behaviors (motivations; choice of destination, accommodation, and activities).
  • Analyze a financial situation, draw up a provisional budget, handle the entire budget execution chain, and manage costs.
  • Develop a crisis communication plan.
  • Develop a marketing plan, develop an effective approach to yield management, master Marketing 2.0 tools, and create value for the customer.
  • Master legal considerations when delivering tourist services.

Co-operative education to acquire real professional experience

Possibility of doing an optional course on wine tourism offered in English (second semester)

This specialization is part of our dual degree offer: at the end of their studies, our students are awarded a master’s degree from the University in addition to their PGE master’s degree
