Located at the crossroads of Europe, EM Strasbourg has made this strategic position one of the cornerstones of its teaching philosophy: the European mindset. The goal: to train managers who can operate in a cross-border and European context. This ambition runs through all of its programs. As regards the Master's Program, the School offers three two-year master's degrees, leading to a dual or triple degree: EDSB, ETWAM, and EMS.
Master of European Digital and Sustainable Business (EDSB): Building a sustainable future across three countries
In the face of digital transformation and the climate crisis, companies urgently need managers who can think about digital transformation and ecological transition at the same time, two challenges that have become inseparable. This trinational master's program, unique in Europe, has been developed by EM Strasbourg in partnership with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (Basel, Switzerland) and Offenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany).
With an interdisciplinary and strongly practice-oriented curriculum, this master's program enables students to acquire knowledge and skills in the fields of sustainable development, business administration, environmental technologies, and digitalization. The first year is delivered on a full-time basis between Basel and Offenburg, allowing students to discover two complementary academic approaches. The second year is delivered via co-op at EM Strasbourg. Between courses, a six-month impact project carried out in trinational teams exposes students to real business challenges faced by companies engaged in their own transformation.
Studying in three languages (German, English, and French) and three countries enables graduates to take on responsibilities within international teams, developing a triple expertise that remains rare in the European market.
Master of European Tourism, Wine, and Agrifood Management (ETWAM): Sectoral excellence between Alsace and Italy
Tourism, wine, and agrifood—industries in which Alsace and Italy excel worldwide and share a common culture of quality, the promotion of local products, and the art of living. This master's program offers expertise in management, entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, and digitalization, specifically tailored to these industries. Co-designed with Ca' Foscari University of Venice, it leads to a Franco-Italian dual master's degree.
Two tracks are offered:
- The first combines a first year of full-time study at Ca'Foscari University of Venice followed by a company internship, then a second year via co-op at EM Strasbourg.
- The second offers two years via co-op at EM Strasbourg, with a strong international dimension.
Through Open Innovation Labs, students work directly with industry players (wineries, tourist offices, agrifood companies) on the concrete challenges they face every day. This master's program meets a strong demand from companies in these sectors looking for managers who understand both sector-specific challenges and international dynamics.
Master of European Management Studies (EMS): At the heart of Franco-German management
This program immerses students in a total cultural experience between France and Germany. The goal is to train future managers who can identify and analyze management issues linked to a Franco-German economic context and design solutions in this cross-border environment.
Delivered in three working languages (French, German, and English), the program spans two years: a first year on a full-time basis at ESB Business School (Reutlingen, Germany), followed by a second year via co-op in Strasbourg. It develops professional trilingualism and an in-depth understanding of the two leading European markets.
Graduates earn a Franco-German dual master's degree from both institutions.
