New program

This dual degree European master’s program offers a unique combination of expertise in management, entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, and digitalization specifically adapted to the tourism, wine, wine tourism, and agrifood industries in France and Italy.

Students gain a holistic understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and trends in these dynamic industries, while developing business, leadership, and decision-making skills. Practical experience is at the heart of the program, enabling students to immerse themselves in the business world through applied research projects (On-Site Training Days and Open Innovation Laboratories).

The program can culminate in either a Franco-Italian dual degree (with Ca'Foscari University) when the first year is completed in Italy or a single degree when the first year is completed at EM Strasbourg (via the Master of Management).
