Santorini

The 2nd International Research Workshop in Wine Tourism “Wine Tourism: Challenges, Innovation and Futures” is co-organized by the Corporate Chair in “Wine and Tourism”, EM Strasbourg Business School and the School of Management, University of South Australia.

It will take place on the 17th and 18th September 2020 on the famous island of Santorini, Greece.

Research papers will be presented on the 17th September 2020 followed by a gala dinner at one of the most famous restaurants in Santorini.

The field trip will take place on the 18th September 2020 allowing the participants to have an immersive experience of the Santorinian vineyards, cellar doors and tasting of local wines and food. Meetings with the local wine makers are also planned.

The venue of the workshop is at Santo Wines, a magnificent winery located on the picturesque cliffs of caldera.

Deadline for extended abstract submissions: 15th April 2020
Notifications to authors: 30th April 2020
Receipt of final extended abstract for proceedings: 15th August 2020
Final date for registration: 31st May 2020
Conference dates: 17 & 18th September 2020
