In the context of digital transformation, we wish to train open-minded leaders, capable of developing and supporting human performance in companies. This specialization emphasizes the need for the HR profession to develop its leadership in order to support the new strategic and organizational focuses of companies. It is aimed at students who wish to take on human resources (HR) management functions either as a specialist (with functional HR responsibilities) or in a managerial position in internationalized environments.

Analyze the impact of the environment (legal systems; risks related to ethical, social, and technological changes, internationalization, etc.) and business issues in the organizational strategy.
