Three years of higher education

Our Master in Management is open to applicants who have completed two years of postsecondary study. They can enter the third year of the program directly. During these three years of the Master in Management, develop your open-mindedness, international profile, and professional skills.

Bachelor’s Level

Dual degrees, international academic exchanges, electives, co-op, internships, and professional gap years—we have what you need to develop your leadership skills and reach your goals.

Year 3

Build a solid foundation in business management and develop your international profile

On-site with a three-month internship — track offered in French only

Semester 1 – Build a solid foundation in business management and get to know yourself

Courses designed to help you better understand business and build a solid foundation in management
An innovative teaching approach using a cross-functional case study that covers all areas of business management: marketing, accounting, strategy, supply chain, human resources, etc.

Choose up to three elective courses in fields outside of management:
- Psychology of Decision-Making
- Sports Management
- Profiling Techniques
- The Roots of the Humanities
- At the Crossroads of History and Psychology
Development of soft skills in the workplace: leadership, adaptability, autonomy, confidence, active listening, empathy, etc.
Individual coaching, seminars, and workshops led by the Cap Career team
Impact project with an international scope

Semester 2 – Experience the international life “at home”

A minimum three-month internship is recommended, either abroad or at an internationally oriented company
Create your own entrepreneurial project and receive support from La Ruche — the School’s incubator
Get involved in the School’s student associations and learn to work as part of a team

Option: professional gap year

Interdisciplinary courses to reinforce core knowledge (in French or English): marketing strategy, brand strategy, operations management, corporate finance, industrial economics
Specialized courses based on your choice of major

- Supply Chain Management & International Purchasing (in French)
- International & European Business (in English)

Development of soft skills: teamwork, active listening, adaptability, independence, etc.
Individual coaching, seminars, and workshops led by the Cap Career team (self-branding, time management, prioritization, mock interviews, etc.)
Introduction to project-based learning: corporate social impact, EM’s Kitchen culinary challenge

Optional internship of at least three months
Get involved in the School’s student associations, with the option to join the Student Associations Track
Create your own entrepreneurial project and receive support from La Ruche—the School’s incubator

Option 2 – Choose the dual degree with Sciences Po Strasbourg (selective admission)

For one year to broaden your horizons and refine your profile through one of the two tracks offered (five spots per year; selection based on application):

Opportunity to earn a dual degree abroad, allowing you to obtain not only the EM Strasbourg Master in Management degree (nationally recognized master's degree) but also a degree from the partner university where you choose to study—all without additional tuition fees
This option is available only once, either in Year 4 or Year 5

Mandatory end-of-program internship lasting at least five months
Option to complete a professional gap year (one or two six-month internships) following your year abroad—a true springboard for your career
Launch your own entrepreneurial project with support from La Ruche à Projets—the School’s incubator

A master's thesis focused on your area of expertise and a real-world business challenge

Admission to a co-op program is subject to certain conditions; please contact our International Recruitment team for more information.

During your two years of study, choose a specialization that suits you. Develop your skills in order to become an expert in your field and a responsible leader.

Master's Level

This program allows you to complete the second year of your Master in Management on a co-op basis, thereby gaining professional experience. All of your tuition fees are covered by the company during the co-op year, during which you will receive a salary.
