At EM Strasbourg, we know that our students come from different backgrounds. That's why students can enter our PGE program at four different stages (immediately following high school or after one, two, or three years of higher education).

High school

Join our PGE program directly after high school. We offer an excellent five-year combined bachelor’s and master’s degree program to help you think big, plan ahead, and become a responsible manager and leader.

Students who have completed one year of higher education directly enter the second year of the program.

Bachelor’s Level

During these first three years, develop your curiosity and open mindset. Explore your options, test out your ideas, and make a plan for your personal and professional future.

Introductory courses to understand business, its environment, and its challenges, with a focus on new organizational models
Introduction to entrepreneurship, its approach, and its methods
Focus on the world of data and artificial intelligence in companies

Choose up to three elective courses in fields other than management: political science, physics, chemistry, journalism, sociology, psychology, etc.
Discover soft skills for business: teamwork, listening skills, adaptability, autonomy, etc.
Enjoy individual coaching, seminars, and workshops by the Cap Career team
Carry out an impact project based on the social and solidarity economy

Familiarize yourself with professional tools: Excel, Power BI, Canva, video-editing software, etc.
Develop hard skills sought after by companies: introduction to computer language, time and project management, mathematics and statistics applied to management, etc.
Perfect your French grammar and spelling with the Voltaire platform

Participate in a seminar on intercultural management in a European context
Choose up to three modern languages: English, choice of a second language, option of studying a third language (including enhanced German)

Our PGE is open to applicants who have completed two years of postsecondary study. They can directly enter the third year of the program. During the remaining three years of the PGE, develop your open-mindedness, international profile, and professional skills.

Year 3 is divided into two distinct parts: acquiring a solid foundation in management during the first semester and exploring multiculturalism during the second semester. This is complemented by scientific and elective courses to build on what you learned in your previous program of study.

Semester 1 – Build a solid foundation in management and get to know yourself better

Courses to help you better understand and build a solid foundation in business
