At EM Strasbourg, we know that our students come from different backgrounds. That's why students can enter our PGE program at three different stages (immediately following high school or after two or three years of higher education).

High school

Join our PGE program directly after high school. We offer an excellent five-year combined bachelor’s and master’s degree program to help you think big, plan ahead, and become a responsible manager and leader.

Bachelor’s Level

During these first three years, develop your curiosity and open mindset. Explore your options, test out your ideas, and make a plan for your personal and professional future.

Introductory courses to understand business, its environment, and its challenges, with a focus on new organizational models
Introduction to entrepreneurship, its approach, and its methods
Focus on the world of data and artificial intelligence in companies

Choose up to three elective courses in fields other than management: political science, physics, chemistry, journalism, sociology, psychology, etc.
Discover soft skills for business: teamwork, listening skills, adaptability, autonomy, etc.
Enjoy individual coaching, seminars, and workshops by the Cap Career team
Carry out an impact project based on the social and solidarity economy

Familiarize yourself with professional tools: Excel, Power BI, Canva, video-editing software, etc.

Our PGE combined bachelor’s and master’s degree program is open to applicants who have completed two years of postsecondary study. They can directly enter the third year of the program. During the remaining three years of the PGE, develop your open-mindedness, international profile, and professional skills.

Year 3 is divided into two distinct parts: acquiring a solid foundation in management during the first semester and exploring multiculturalism during the second semester. This is complemented by scientific subjects and elective courses to build on what you learned in your previous program of study.

Semester 1 – Build a solid foundation in management and get to know yourself better
